Services and Fees
Wholesale Sign Design and / or Sign Illustration.

1. Design and illustration min. rate: $45 per Hr.
2. All new projects are billed a min. of 2 hrs. This includes establishing a directory for the project and other related initial requirements.

3. Illustrations and designs for sale of signs are not always necessarily vector ready for production. This is to save illustration time and cost for the sales imaging. Upon sale and request for production vectors, additional time at the hourly rate min. may apply.

4. Minimum billing time is 0.5 hrs. This can apply to previously commissioned projects where only subtle changes are requested.

5. Normal start for new projects is usually (currently*) 48 hours, or less. Rush service will be accommodated at no additional cost when time and new project start segments are available.

6. Online "slide show" presentations are billed an additional $45. per project specific presentation at a min. one hour. This includes the cost and overhead of the server space, image re-sampling, uploading and other related needs.

Numerous other services are also available as may be noted from the "Services" page or from Scenic Digital for Website design and implementation.

7. Projects can also be quoted in advance when adequate information is available.
Speculative pricing is also available. This means, Scully Design will design and accept payment should the project sell. The fees are double, though only applicable when the project sells. They may also be quoted. Special other parameters may be required such as the quality of any and all submittals to the client such as hard copy layout presentations.

Logos and identity work is priced separately and inquiries are welcome and invited.
Confidentiality is maintained on all online wholesale presentations. All contacts are also secure regardless of any e-mail contact to principals such as architects, Cities or other related contacts approved by the client contractor.
