.     A festive atmosphere in an approved public setting that attracts and appeals to candidates interested in transitioning out of homelessness.
.     An environment that will attract volunteers, individuals and organizations in service - working with interim shelters, employment opportunities and transitional housing.
.     A place of contact for community workers interested in making contact with providers who can help or offer contact to organizations involved in community work in support of employment, housing and / or special assistance as may be available.
