Music Performers Booking Form

Set up and sound checks from 2:00 - 3:15 PM.

1.  Fill out as much as you can. We will get back in touch with you within a day or so.

   Once you leave or Submit this form page, your info entries are not returned. Please check the schedule first or now, before beginning to fill out this request form.

   Thank you in advance for kindly considering scheduling and bringing your music ministry to
one of the scheduled "Singing In The Park" locations and dates.
2.  An auto responder Web page will open upon your submittal of this form.
Please save that page and share it with any others who may be a part of your approved date.
   The booking director for "Playing In The Park" will also get back with you in a day or so to confirm your date.

[A] Please list more than one if possible with the first one as your preferred choice.
[B] We ask that you include how long you care to play or perform. From 20 minutes to 40 minutes.
[C] The norm is single sets from 20 minutes up to 40 minutes. This is flexible, though.



What equipment do you need in addition to what you may have or will bring?
PA and 3 microphone with stands is provided unless otherwise stated in the scheduled date you are choosing. The PA can accommodate up to 6 inputs.
If your performance uses an amp, it is suggested you bring that. For electric acoustic guitars, it is not required. When available, our PA will be more than enough.



Please write a brief or current bio here or include your ministry's Website URL complete.
If your bio is on your website, you may indicate that instead. We will provide a link to your website from your date(s) once your scheduled date is confirmed. (Within a day or so.)

 


Miscellaneous or additional info you would like to share.
Including any favorite scripture.
We are also asking that you help promote your date. This can include passing out flyers and announcing to your friends at your church and elsewhere. Anyone is a candidate to be invited by you. Though "
Singing In The Park" has a regular group of attendees, it is dependent upon the draw of the performers for additional attendance. You can share your ideas or what you will do to add to the event as it relates to attendance. Pray about this and share as He leads.
Ministering volunteers are welcome.

Note: If you will be offering CDs for sale, you keep all the proceeds. One CD is given to "Singing In The Park."

For a complimentary Web page or for promotion for your date, you should attach a photo:
At minimum, "Playing In The Park" will use your photo and your provided contact info or Website URL for any "Playing In The Park" promotional media.

Please note there may be a "Singing In The Park" flyer you can use from the menu. Print and distribute as many as you like. You may download the one on the site for your promotion of your date once confirmed or use the custom one when they are made for your particular date.

Finally:  It helps to include a sampling of known. or recognizable Praise & Worship songs within your set list. To perform all new songs to an audience can be a challenge for them. Thank you for knowing this, and for kindly helping bring the Spirit. and Ministry of Praise & Worship to all in attendance through your music ministry, and performance to "Singing In The Park.".

Please note: "Singing In The Park" does not pay for performers. All musicians, groups, and singers perform gratis for the Glory of God. Thank you in advance for your understanding. "Singing In The Park" does allow  merchandise sales such as performer's CDs, and other related items such as T-Shirts and etc.  20% of sales is donated to the "Singing In The Park" general support fund.
